Laurence Fishburne’s 19-year-old daughter Montana (above) apparently made a sex tape with porn star Brian Pumper because Kim Kardashian has shown everyone that’s how you get famous. Except I’m not being sarcastic that’s literally almost the exact words out of Montan’s mouth. TMZ reports:
“I’ve watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape.“
Unlike the celeb she admires — Montana is not arguing that her tape was stolen or obtained illegally.
Montana also talked to CarltonJordan.com about her new gig, saying “The first time is really nerve racking … but, I have a lot of at-home experience.”

A St. Louis liquor control officer has been accused of offering to get a new bar a liquor license in exchange for $10,000 and a job, the U.S. Attorney's office said.
Prosecutors say James Allen Morgan, 41, of St. Louis, met with the liquor license applicant several times in late 2009, and suggested that he be hired for $60,000. In exchange, Morgan promised to ensure that the bar received and kept its liquor license through the use of his "influence" with the local alderwoman and the city's excise commissioner, prosecutors said. Morgan also expected a $10,000 "signing bonus," they said.
When the bar received their license, Morgan agreed to accept $1,000 for his help, prosecutors said.
Prosecutors said that there was no evidence that Morgan had the "improper influence" that he claimed.
Morgan now faces one count of bribery.

Man who murdered John Lennon up for parole again
(CNN) -- John Lennon's killer, Mark David Chapman, is up for parole for the sixth time, just months short of the 30th anniversary of the former Beatle's death.
Chapman is scheduled to be interviewed by two members of the parole board during the week of August 9.
Four letters were submitted against Chapman's release this year, according to a representative of the New York State Division of Parole, and there were two letters in support.
The last time Chapman was up for parole, in 2008, the New York State Division of Parole issued a release saying Chapman's request was denied "due to concern for the public safety and welfare." He also was denied parole in 2000, 2002, 2004 and 2006.

'Bones' Extra Sues David Boreanaz For Sexual Harassment
'Bones' star David Boreanaz has been sued for alleged sexual harassment by Kristina Hagan, a woman who appeared as an extra on the show last year.
Hagan has sued Boreanaz and 20th Century Fox Television for more than $25,000 on sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims.
She claims the sexual harassment began during filming on August 21, 2009 when Boreanaz started sending "sexually inappropriate text messages."
Hagan says the actor told her he was "the boss" and that he could "make things happen for her."
According to the lawsuit, the 41-year-old actor pushed himself on to her and even got off in front of her.
It describes in graphic detail that once Boreanaz parked his car, and "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away." It alleges he then "unzipped his ...
